Where does the name 'bakermat' come from?
It’s an old Dutch word and it means cradle/source. I found the word in a study book and liked the sound of it. No deeper meaning.
How do you pronounce 'bakermat'?
However you please. Dutch version is bah ker mat. The French say Beh Ker Met. In English it’s Bay Ker Mat and that’s what I usually go for in interviews and online stuff. But the original is Dutch. But pronounce it however you like. I don’t care!
